Description

... anything is possible~ I was inspired of the ocean, the goddess of the ocean (spirit of the ocean), guiding along this strange shadowed man in his lone small little boat. He has to cross this unknown, and nightly shaded ocean full of the possiblities of hiding danger in its depths. How this dream is guiding him and making his sailing smooth pre say:icononiskiplz: I had to do SO MANY LAYERS for this piece!!!!!:iconomgwtfbbqplz: Only people that work with and use watercolor will understand this long AND tedious process:iconsmokeplz: *not literally smoking-shot-* BUT it was worth it, it paid off!!!!:iconnoodleslovesitplz: I'm proud of the result, exactly the way I envisioned !:iconblushyplz:Sorry that I had to get my island counter in my kitchen with this piece, but if I cropped it more it would take some important details too!! :iconpapcryplz: If you couldn't tell this is at night, hence the rich deep purples and blues in this piece:iconwhynotplz: and if you couldn't tell the swirly green winds in this piece are part of the Ocean's "powers" along with blowing a cloud of win to guide this shadow cloaked lone man in his tiny boat embracing the sea~ :iconawwplz: I hope you like it!! :iconheehee-plz: Oh, Shout out to :iconredfishing: and :iconkishka-iver: for always leaving lovely comments on my previous works~!!!:iconmuahplz: You guys rules, end of story:iconfreddiemercury-plz:

Goodness I love the wave patterns! And those are such lovely shades of blue you used~ though, I think the swirly green winds stand out a bit too much against the rest of your painting, next time I'd suggest a softer colour or brush?
